Setup Fee

The Setup Fee is non-refundable once the contract is signed. This fee covers the time and resources required to initiate and configure the services for your business.

Monthly Subscription Fee

Clients may request a refund of the monthly subscription fee within 7 days of the service setup initiation. If requested within this period, a full refund of the monthly fee will be processed, minus the non-refundable setup fee.

Case-by-Case Refunds

For any other refund requests beyond the 7-day period, or for specific circumstances, these will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our financial department. We are committed to working with you to resolve any concerns fairly.
