Cancellation Policy
At Quick Automation, we understand that there may be situations where clients wish to cancel their services. To ensure transparency and streamline the process, we have outlined the following guidelines for the cancellation of our services.
1. Subscription Cancellations
Clients can request the cancellation of their subscriptions at any time. The following terms apply:
- Cancellation before service initiation: If the cancellation is requested before the setup or delivery of any contracted services has begun, a full refund will be issued, excluding the Setup Fee, which is non-refundable.
- Cancellation after service setup begins: If the cancellation is requested after the setup process has started, the Setup Fee will remain non-refundable. Clients will have up to 7 days after the service setup initiation to request a cancellation and receive a refund for the monthly fee.
- Cancellations after 7 days: After the 7-day window, no refunds will be provided for the monthly subscription fee, and the client will be responsible for the payment of the full current month.
2. Setup Fee
The Setup Fee is charged upon contract signing and is non-refundable under any circumstances. This fee covers the initial costs of setup, development, and service preparation.
3. Cancellation Procedure
To cancel your subscription, please send an email to will@quickautomation.online indicating your decision and providing your account details. Our team will respond within 2 business days and process the cancellation as outlined above.
4. Special Case Reviews
In extraordinary circumstances that are not covered by this policy, cases will be reviewed individually by our financial department, and we will do our best to ensure that all clients are treated fairly.
5. Cancellation Confirmation
Once the cancellation has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email indicating the service termination date and any refund details (if applicable).
